NOTICE is hereby given that a civil action commenced on January 23, 2025, and is now pending as case number 2025-CC-002923 in the County Court in the State of Florida, County of Hillsborough County

and the nature of the proceeding is a Breach of Contract - Non-Homestead $1-$50,000 or less.
This notice shall be published once each week for two consecutive weeks in the Business Observer.
Each defendant is required to serve written defenses to the Complaint on plaintiff's attorney, Stephen K. Hachey, Esq., whose address is 10521 Bloomingdale Ridge Dr. Riverview, FL 33578, on or before 4/11/2025 the 30th day after the first publication of this Notice, and to file the original of the defenses with the clerk of this court either before service on plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter. If a defendant fails to do so, a default will be entered against that defendant for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
