NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, entered February 25, 2025, and entered in Case Number: 23-CA-015589 of the County Court in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein TRUIST BANK, as successor by merger to SUNTRUST BANK, is the Plaintiff, and EDWARD L. ROYCE KEENE A/K/A E. LAROYCE KEENE, DEBORAH JEAN KEENE A/K/A DEBORAH J. KEENE, SHEILA TIDEY, are the Defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Court, Victor D. Crist, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, by electronic sale on-line at https://www.hillsborough. realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 o'clock A.M. on the 30th day of May, 2025 the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
