NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 5, 2025, and entered in Case No. 23-CA-012353 of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for NovaStar Mortgage Funding Trust, Series 2006-6 NovaStar Home Equity Loan Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-6, is Plaintiff, is Plaintiff Gwen H. Smith a/k/a Gwen K. Smith a/k/a Gwen Smith; Unknown Spouse of Gwen H. Smith a/k/a Gwen K. Smith a/k/a Gwen Smith; Healthcare Funding Solutions, are Defendants, the Office of the Clerk, Hillsborough County Clerk of the Court will sell via online auction at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on the 5th day of May, 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 16, BLOCK 120, PORT TAMPA CITY, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 56 THRU 58, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 7102 S Fitzgerald Street, Tampa, Florida 33616
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
