NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated February 15, 2025 and entered in Case No. 29-2015-CA-000866 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for Structured Asset Investment Loan Trust Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-2, is the Plaintiff and Denise C. Moore aka Denise Moore, CitiFinancial Services, Inc., a dissolved FL corporation d/b/a CitiFinancial Equity Services, Inc., Sterling Manors Owners Association, Inc., Tampa Palms Owners Association, Inc., are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the April 16, 2025 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
