YOU ARE NOTIFIED that Florida Family Home Insurance Company has initiated a declaratory judgment action. The above-styled suit has been filed against you, and you are required to file the original of your answer with written defenses or responsive pleading on or before April 15, 2025 on the Lee County Clerk of Court, 1700 Monroe Street, Fort Myers, Florida 33901, and you are also to send a copy of your written defenses or responsive pleading to the Petitioner Florida Family Home Insurance Company's counsel William B. Collum Esq, Butler Weihmuller Katz Craig, LLP, 400 N. Ashley Drive, Suite 2300, Tampa, Florida 33602. If you do not make an appearance and file an answer or responsive pleading, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint or Petition.
Copies of all court documents in this case, including orders, are available at the Clerk of the Circuit Court's office. You may review these documents upon request.
You must keep the Clerk of the Circuit Court's office notified of your current address. Future papers in this lawsuit will be mailed to the address on record at the clerk's office.
