FLAGSTAR BANK, N.A. (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and DANEVIA POWELL; MELWIN GRACIA; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF VETERANS AFFAIRS, are defendants. Kevin Karnes, Clerk of the Circuit Court for LEE, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash Via the internet at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m., on the 3RD day of APRIL, 2025, the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 86 AND 87, BLOCK 3822, CAPE CORAL UNIT 52, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 19, PAGE(S) 49 THROUGH 63, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
