NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, entered on February 27, 2025, in Case No. 24-004172-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein MARK A. SCRIBANO and LISA SCRIBANO are the Plaintiffs and FREEDOM HOMES REAL ESTATE GROUP LLC, KATHLEEN JONES, and UNKNOWN TENANT 1 n/k/a Katrina Jones are the Defendants, Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on April 30, 2025, bidding begins at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time on at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the following described property as set forth in said Judgment and Order, to wit:
UNIT 101, BUILDING 720, OF VILLAGE LAKE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4829, PAGE(S) 464, AND ALL SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS THERETO, TOGETHER WITH ITS UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
