Phone: 727-447-6573. $1,402.26 is due in cash on day of sale to redeem motor vehicle or satisfy lien. Parties claiming interest have rights to a hearing prior to sale with Clerk of Court. Owner has rights to recover possession of vehicle w/out judicial proceedings as pursuant to FL Statute 559.917. The lien claimed by the lienor is subject to enforcement pursuant to section 713.585 FL Statutes.
