NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on February 27th, 2025, in Case No. 24-001488-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein, NG SOLUTIONS, LLC is the Plaintiff and the Defendants are: NORMA ZARRA; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; PINELLAS COUNTY CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT AND COMPTROLLER; UNKNOWN OCCUPANT; UNKNOWN HEIRS OF TODD A. HANSON; and VICKI ALICE HANSON a/k/a VICKI A. ERICKSON; the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, KEN BURKE, will sell to the highest bidder for cash in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on April 3rd, 2025, at 10:00 A.M., the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
