NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated February 21, 2025 and entered in Case No. 24-002241-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association, is the Plaintiff and Robert W. Rasmussen aka Robert Willard Rasmussen, Florida Housing Finance Corporation, Wachovia Bank, National Association NKA Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., Discover Bank, Portfolio Recovery Associates, LLC, City of Tarpon Springs, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00 am on the April 17, 2025 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
