Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on March 6, 2025, in the Circuit Court of Polk County, Florida, Stacy M. Butterfield, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell the property situated in Polk County, Florida described as:

TOGETHER WITH THAT CERTAIN 2003 HMMT MOBILE HOME, VIN(S) FLHMBC156448382A FLHMBC1564483828B
and commonly known as: 7008 HOLLY DRIVE, BRADLEY, FL 33835; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale at 10:00 A.M., on-line at www.polk.realforeclose.com on April 22, 2025 to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by Section 45.031 F.S.
