NOTICE OF SALE PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 45 IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 20, 2025, issued in and for Pasco County, Florida, in Case No. 2023CA003309CAAXWS, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS OWNER TRUSTEE FOR VRMTG ASSET TRUST is the Plaintiff, and ROBERT A. HAYNES, ROXANE M. HAYNES, WYNDTREE MASTER COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC. and WYNDTREE PHASE V - VILLAGE 8 ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendants.
