Lot 13, Block 261, Unit No. 10, Tropical Gulf Acres, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 4, Page(s) 76A through 76N, inclusive, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida. a/k/a 27430 Chrysalis Dr, Punta Gorda, FL 33955 (“Parcel 3”).
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on J.D.
