NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Amended Consent Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered February 11, 2025, nunc pro tunc to January 17, 2025 in Civil Case No. 11-2023-CA-000227-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Collier County, Naples, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is Plaintiff and Any and all unknown parties claiming by, through, under, and against the estate of Steven Melvin Thomas a/k/a Steven M. Thomas, whether said unknown parties may claim an interest as spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, or other claimants., et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court, CRYSTAL K. KINZEL, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the 1st Floor of the Courthouse Annex in the Multipurpose Room in Customer Service, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 17th day of April, 2025 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
The West 1/2 of the Northeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4, of Section 30, Township 49 South, Range 27 East, Collier County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
