NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment and/or Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, entered in Case No. 112024CA001632000101 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit, in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, and all other parties claiming interest by, through, under or against the Estate of Terrance L. Tobias a/k/a Terrance Lee Tobias, Deceased; Janelle Robinson a/k/a Janelle Marie Tobias; Jason Robert Tobias a/k/a Jason R. Tobias; Christian L. Gould a/k/a Christian Gould; Susan Tobias a/k/a Susan A. Tobias are the Defendants, that Crystal Kinzel, Collier County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, 1st Floor of the Courthouse Annex in the Multipurpose Room in Customer Service, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 15th day of May, 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 13, BLOCK “B”, WILDCAT COVE TWO, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 30, PAGE 1, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
