RUTLEDGE; MARY RUTLEDGE A/K/A MARY E. RUTLEDGE F/K/A MARY PATE; BANK OF AMERICA, NA; MR B'S CONSTRUCTION LLC; MICROF LLC A/K/A MICROF, are defendants. Angelina M.
