The property herein described is as follows:
Lot 178, located in SUGAR CREEK RESORT ASSOCIATION, INC., an association developed upon lands located in Manatee County, Florida and described as set forth in Exhibit “A”.
Together with a 1985 manufactured home bearing VIN #1RSPC2HL3FANC2078 located as a permanent improvement thereon.
With a street address of 3300 26th Avenue East, Unit 178, Bradenton, FL 34208.
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a Complaint to foreclose a claim of lien has been filed and commenced in this court by the Plaintiff, , and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Michelle A. Rowe, Esquire, attorney for Plaintiff, whose address is 2033 Main Street, Suite 403, Sarasota, Florida 34237, and file the original with the clerk of the above-styled court within thirty (30) days from the first date of publication; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief prayed for in the Complaint or Petition.
This Notice shall be published once each week for two consecutive weeks in the BUSINESS OBSERVER MANATEE EDITION.
