NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment and/or Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, entered in Case No. 2024CA001185AX of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit, in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein AmeriSave Mortgage Corporation is the Plaintiff and Shayla Renee Ellis a/k/a Shayla Ellis; Sunnova SLA Management LLC; Heron Creek Neighborhood Association, Inc. are the Defendants, that Angelina Colonneso, Manatee County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.manatee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 16th day of July, 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 30, HERON CREEK, PHASE II, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 62, PAGE(S) 36 THROUGH 41, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
