NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an In Rem Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 12, 2025, and entered in Case No. 29-2022-CA-001689 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Bank of America, N.A., is the Plaintiff and Crescenzo Land Holdings Inc., a dissolved corporation, City of Tampa, Andrew T. Koly aka Andrew Koly, Unknown Party #1 N/K/A Francine Johnson, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the April 15, 2025 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
