NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered March 13, 2025 in Civil Case No. 24-CA-005995 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein LAKEVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC is Plaintiff and Robert C Remeikis, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court, VICTOR D. CRIST, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Hillsborough. realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 16th day of April, 2025 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 1, Stylerite Estates, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 32, Page 83, of the Public Records of Hillsborugh County, Florida.
AND
The East 133 feet of the West 466.2 feet of tract beginning 165 feet South and 25 feet East of the Northwest corner of the East 1/2 of the Southeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 and run East 616.2 feet, thence South 45.58 feet, thence West 616.2 feet and thence North 36.27 feet to the Point of Beginning. All lying and being in Section 10, Township 30 South, Range 18 East, Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
