NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 10, 2025, entered in Civil Case No.: 24-CA-005057 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF THE HOME EQUITY ASSET TRUST 2006-3 HOME EQUITY PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-3, Plaintiff, and BARBARA TAYLOR-EVARISTE; GETHRO EVARISTE; HSBC FINANCE CORPORATION S/B/M HSBC MORTAGAGE SERVICES, INC., are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 AM, on the 10th day of July, 2025, the following described real property as set forth in said Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 34 AND 35, BLOCK 1544, UNIT 17, PART 1, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 23, PAGES 3 TO 5, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. If you fail to file a timely claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After the funds are reported as unclaimed, only the owner of record as of the date of the Lis Pendens may claim the surplus.
