NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 12, 2025, entered in Case No. 24-CA-005561 of the Circuit Court for Lee County, Florida. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the April 10, 2025 at 9:00 a.m., online at www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment:
