NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed on the 12th day of March, 2025, in Civil Action No. 2024-CA-2706, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, in which STEPHEN L. HEIMBECKER, JOANNA M. HEIMBECKER and 1442422 ONTARIO INC., A CANADIAN CORPORATION and UNKNOWN TENANT/OCCUPANT IN POSSESSION, are the Defendants and GIUSEPPE MARIO DE CRISTAFANO is the Plaintiff and Kevin C. Karnes, Clerk of Court, Lee County, will sell to the highest bidder and best bidder for cash on the 10th day of April, 2025 at 9:00 a.m. by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, the following described real property set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure in Lee County, Florida:
