PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that an action has been initiated pursuant to the Florida Contraband Forfeiture Act by PETITIONER, SHERIFF CARMINE MARCENO of Lee County Sheriff's Office, in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida. This action seeks disposal of the following property, which has been declared a total loss by the Lee County Sheriff's Office due to extensive flooding and hurricane damage:

The above-described vehicles have been deemed a total loss and are subject to removal and disposal by the Lee County Sheriff's Office. The vehicles are currently in the custody of the LEE COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE.
If you wish to assert any claim or objection, you must file a written response with the Court and serve a copy on the Petitioner's attorney, SARAH M. GOODMAN, at the following address:

Your response must be filed within 30 days from the date of first publication of this notice. Failure to do so will result in the removal and destruction of the vehicle.
