NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that under a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 12, 2025, entered in Case No. 24-CA-006343 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida wherein DIDIER ARMANDO TORO and PAOLA ANDREA BENITEZ are Plaintiffs and RACIEL JOSE CARLOS CARMENATES, LAND & BUILDING LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) NKA JENNIFER MARTINEZ are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at 9:00 A.M., on April 3, 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
Lots 55 and 56, Block 5133, UNIT 80, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 22, Pages 140 to 159, inclusive, in the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031.
