Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Default Final Judgment entered in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court, will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
1958 PALA mobile home bearing vehicle identification number 14544.
Property Address: 2291 Gulf to Bay Boulevard, Lot No. 248, Clearwater, Florida 33765
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, via the internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 3rd day of April 2025. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
