NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the “Final Judgment by Judge,” entered in Case No. 2023-8560-CI on March 6, 2025, in the Sixth Judicial Circuit Court, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Ken Burke, Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, the real property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described below to the highest bidder, for cash, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 6th day of May 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 1, Morrissey Commercial Center, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 142, Page 15, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
