Notice is hereby given, pursuant to the Amended Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on March 13, 2025, in the Circuit Court of Polk County, Florida, Stacy M. Butterfield, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell the property situated in Polk County, Florida described as:
LOT 16, ELOISE COVE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 134, PAGE(S) 14 AND 15, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 1920 ELOISE COVE DRIVE, WINTER HAVEN, FL 33884; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale at 10:00 A.M., on-line at www.polk.realforeclose.com on April 28, 2025 to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by Section 45.031 F.S.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
