NOTICE IS GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 20, 2025, in the above-styled cause, the Clerk of Court for Polk County, Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.polk.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on April 8, 2025, the following described property:
Lot 12, Block B, MONEYTREE RANCHETTES SUBDIVISION PHASE THREE REPLAT UNIT TWO, a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 74, Page 16 and 17, of the Public Records of Polk County, Florida.
