Lot 14, Block B, SILVER OAKS VILLAGE - PHASE TWO, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 50, Pages 29-30, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida. With the following street address: 6443 Ashville Drive, Zephyrhills, Florida, 33542.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M. on May 1, 2025.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, must file a claim with the Clerk no later than the date that the Clerk reports the funds as unclaimed.
