NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated February 20, 2025 entered in Civil Case No. 2024CA002360CAAXWS in the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST COMPANY NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, BUT SOLELY AS OWNER TRUSTEE FOR GS MORTGAGE-BACKED SECURITIES TRUST 2024-RPL3, Plaintiff and DESTINY KALMBACH are defendants, Nikki Alvarez-Sowles, Clerk of Court, will sell the property at public sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com beginning at 11:00 AM on April 23, 2025 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
