NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Judgment in Foreclosure entered on March 6, 2025 and entered in Case No. 112024CA0007070001XX in the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS
FUND SOCIETY, FSB, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS OWNER TRUSTEE FOR VERUS SECURITIZATION TRUST 2023-6 is the Plaintiff and DIANE SULLIVAN, is the Defendant. The Clerk of the Court, CRYSTAL K. KINZEL, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex in the Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 on April 24, 2025 at 11:00 a.m., the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 126, HALLENDALE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGES 25, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS
OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 3203 WOODSIDE AVE, NAPLES , FL 34112 (the “Property”).
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
