Decedent/settlor, Bert R Hybels, date of birth August 29, 1940, who died February 11, 2025, who was a resident of Marco Island in Collier County. No probate estate is currently anticipated for the decedent. Creditors of the decedent are notified that all claims against the Bert R Hybels Living Trust dated January 28, 1976, amended and restated January 16, 2019, will be forever barred unless presented to Greenleaf Trust, Successor Trustee Bert R Hybels Living Trust, within four months after the date of publication of this notice.
