YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action for interpleader has been filed against you and that you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Plaintiff, PROGRESSIVE SELECT INSURANCE COMPANY c/o JESSICA M. HERNANDEZ, ESQ., whose address is 135 San Lorenzo Ave., Suite 500, Coral Gables, Florida 33134, on or before April 28, 2025, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter. If you fail to do so, a default may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
The action is asking the court to decide how the following real or personal peropty should be divided:
$20,000.00 representing the bodily injury limit of liability under Policy No. 976625146-0.
