NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 23-CC-091698 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Truist Bank, successor by merger to SunTrust Bank, Plaintiff and John Harvey Stewart, II a/k/a John Harvey Stewart a/k/a John Stewart are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Victor D. Crist, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on May 2, 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
