At issue in this case are all marital assets including the real property located at:

having a legal description of:
Lot 16, Block 3, PANTHER TRACE PHASE 2A-2 UNIT 1, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plant Book 105, Page 153, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida
