NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 24-CC-007003 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., Plaintiff and Nancy G. Fike a/k/a Nancy L. Fike are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Kevin C. Karnes, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES on May 29, 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:

BOOK 1916, PAGE 1250, O.R. BOOK 1944, PAGE 1388, O.R. BOOK 1963, PAGE 3773, O.R. BOOK 1993, BOOK 4755, AND O.R. BOOK 2033, PAGE 817 AND AS AMENDED IN O.R. BOOK 2090, PAGE 3431, AND FURTHER AMENDED IN O.R. BOOK 2094, PAGE 1174, AND THE PLAT RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 15, PAGES 39 TO 42 INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH THE UNDIVIDED SHARES OF THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
