NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment and/or Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, entered in Case No. 24-CA-002755 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Truist Bank is the Plaintiff and Angela Shepperdson; Unknown Spouse of Angela Shepperdson; Sanibel Moorings Condominium Association, Inc. are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 am on the May 8, 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
APARTMENT NO. 111 OF SANIBEL MOORINGS CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM DECLARATION THEREOF ON FILE AND RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 772 AT PAGE 452, AMENDED IN O.R. BOOK 826, PAGE 830; O.R. BOOK 842, PAGE 409; AND O.R. BOOK 1346, PAGE 1287, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ALL APPURTENANCES THEREUNTO APPERTAINING AND SPECIFIED IN SAID CONDOMINIUM DECLARATION AND INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE RIGHT TO LEASE AUTOMOBILE PARKING SPACE NO. 111 AS THE SAME IS DESIGNATED ON SAID CONDOMINIUM DECLARATION.
