The mobile home located on Plaintiff's property at 1280 Lakeview Road, Lot #120, Clearwater, Pinellas County, Florida 33756, a 1967 VAGA Mobile Home, VIN #FD439, Title #0002574198
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
