NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Judgment in Foreclosure entered on February 27, 2025 and entered in Case No. 22-003936-CI in the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE OF LB-TIKI SERIES V TRUST is the Plaintiff and HOMER A. WILSON III, is the Defendants. The Clerk of the Court, KEN BURKE, CPA, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at https://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on April 30, 2025 at 10:00 a.m., the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 232, BUILDING 300 OF WINSTON PARK NORTHEAST 300 CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 4075, PAGE 1627, AND ALL EXHIBITS AND AMENDMENTS THEREOF, AND RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 15, PAGES 34 THROUGH 47, AND AS AMENDED CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 16, PAGE 118, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
and commonly known as: 4715 NE BAY STREET, BUILDING 300, UNIT 232, ST PETERSBURG, FL 33703 (the “Property”).
