NOTICE OF SALE PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 45 IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Amended Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated November 12, 2024, and an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reset Foreclosure Sale dated March 23, 2025, issued in and for Pinellas County, Florida, in Case No. 18-004243-CI, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE OF THE BUNGALOW SERIES IV TRUST is the Plaintiff, and JON B. HARDEN A/K/A JON BRIAN HARDEN A/K/A JON HARDEN A/K/A HARDEN JIN BRIAN, CLEARWATER KEY ASSOCIATION-SOUTH BEACH-1480 GULF BLVD., INC. and FLORIDA HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATION are the Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, KEN BURKE, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, on June 04, 2025, at electronic sale beginning at 10:00 AM, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com the following-described real property as set forth in said Amended Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure, to wit:
