NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 14, 2025, and entered in 21-003871-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein MORTGAGE ASSETS MANAGEMENT, LLC is the Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF LILLIE BELL ROWE, DECEASED ; DARIUS SHERARD CARTER; CHINNY ANN MELTON A/K/A CHINNY A. MELTON; BRENDA ROWE; HENRY E. JOHNSON; CHEYANNE ROWE-MELTON A/KA CHEYANNE MELTON; THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF ALPHONSO CLAYTON, DECEASED; THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF LYNETTE CLAYTON, DECEASED; MICHAEL JONES; BRANDIE JONES; YASMIN JONES; SHERRIE CLAYTON; BRIDGETTE JACKSON; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; CLERK OF COURT OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY N/K/A STANTAISHA HEARREN are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on April 16, 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
