Final Judgment was awarded on April 11, 2025 in Civil Case No. 2022CA00262000000, of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein, LAKEVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC. is the Plaintiff, and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, SURVIVING SPOUSE, GRANTEES,; RAMONA TORRES; VINCENT IVAN TORRES; NOEL TORRES; MIGDALIA TORRES; MILDRED TORRES; SANDRA PEREZ; ASSOCIATION OF POINCIANA VILLAGES, INC.; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
