NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated April 10, 2025 entered in Civil Case No. 2024CA-003146-0000-00 in the Circuit Court of the 10th Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein NEWREZ LLC D/B/A SHELLPOINT MORTGAGE SERVICING, Plaintiff and PHILIP HROMANIK; ROSEMARIE OWOC HROMANIK; BRIDGEFORD CROSSING HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; HAINES CITY HMA LLC DBA HEART OF FLORIDA REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are defendants, Stacy M.
