NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Amended (as to Defendant's 20% share of sale proceeds deposited in the Court Registry) Default Final Judgment for Partition dated April 10, 2025 and entered in Case Number 53-2024-CA-003244-000000 of the County Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, wherein Greenwood VOR Inc. is the Plaintiff and Living Interior Plant Service Inc. is the Defendant, Stacy M. Butterfield as the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.polk.realforeclose.com, on May 15, 2025 at 10:00 AM, the following described property as set forth in said Amended (as to Defendant's 20% share of sale proceeds deposited in the Court Registry) Default Final Judgment for Partition, to wit:
Lot 156, Haines Ridge Phase 1 as recorded in Plat Book 150, Pages 7 through 11, inclusive, of the Public Records of Polk County, Florida together with Affidavit of Surveyor recorded in Official Records Book 7792, Pages 661, of the Public Records of Polk County, Florida.
More commonly known as: 330 Gladesdale St., Haines City, FL. 33844 (“Property”).
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statute, Section 45.031.
