Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on April 15, 2025, in the Circuit Court of Polk County, Florida, Stacy M. Butterfield, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell the property situated in Polk County, Florida described as:
ALL OF LOT 3 AND THE SOUTH 20 FEET OF LOT 2 IN BLOCK B OF ORANGE TERRACE, ACCORDING IN THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 26, PAGE 19, PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA
and commonly known as: 622 PINK APARTMENT RD, DAVENPORT, FL 33837; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale at 10:00 A.M., on-line at www.polk.realforeclose.com on May 20, 2025 to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by Section 45.031 F.S.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
