Final Judgment was awarded on February 11, 2025 in Civil Case No. 2023CA004343CAAXES, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS OWNER TRUSTEE FOR RCF2 ACQUISITION TRUST is the Plaintiff, and DANIEL T. KNOX AKA DANIEL KNOX; VERNA L JONES - KNOX; GRAND OAKS MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Nikki Alvarez-Sowles, Esq. will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pasco.realforeclose.com on June 11, 2025 at 11:00:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 11, BLOCK 2, GRAND OAKS PHASE 2, UNITS 1 AND 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 40, PAGES 1 THROUGH 6 INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
