Final Judgment was awarded on April 28, 2025 in Civil Case No. 2024 CA 002734, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein, PNC BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff, and THOMAS BERTSCH; HOLIDAY LAKE VILLAS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Nikki Alvarez-Sowles, Esq. will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pasco.realforeclose.com on May 28, 2025 at 11:00:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 207, BUILDING 2, OF HOLIDAY LAKE VILLAS PHASE I, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 20, PAGES 61-64, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1150, PAGES 482-547, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, TOGETHER WITH ITS UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
