NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment and/or Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, entered in Case No. 2024CA002928CAAXWS of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit, in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein Regions Bank d/b/a Regions Mortgage is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, and all other parties claiming interest by, through, under or against the Estate of Brian R. Tejera a/k/a Brian Robert Tejera, Deceased; Nature's Hideaway Phase IA Homeowners Association, Inc.; Robin Berry, as Personal Representative of the Estate of Brian R. Tejera a/k/a Brian Robert Tejera, Deceased; Adrian N. Tejara a/k/a Adrian Nicole Tejera; E.J.T., a minor by and through his mother and natural guardian, Adrian N. Tejera a/k/a Adrian Nicole Tejera; C.S.T., a minor by and through his mother and natural guardian, Adrian N. Tejera a/k/a Adrian Nicole Tejera are the Defendants, that Nikki Alvarez-Sowles, Pasco County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.pasco.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 2nd day of June, 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
