NOTICE OF BUDGET WORKSHOP

Union Park Community Development District will hold a Budget Workshop on May 15, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. at the Residence Inn Wesley Chapel, 2867 Lajuana Blvd. Wesley Chapel, FL.
The purpose of the workshop is to review the proposed operations and maintenance assessments (“O&M Assessment”) for the Fiscal Year 2025/2026 budget. The workshop is open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with standard statutory guidelines. The Board of Supervisors will not take any action at this workshop.
A copy of the agenda and budgets may be obtained from the District Coordinator, via email at [email protected], Phone (813)565-4663, during normal business hours or from the District's website at www.unionparkcdd.org.
